Building a private Bluesky version of FreeSpeechTube is something I'd like to see done in the future. Perhaps a bit too audacious for now, but when we have more money backing up our community, maybe this ought to be done as a first priority.

Voat couldn't replace Reddit, BitChute couldn't replace YouTube. You'd be better off taking a page out of pro-Palestine activists' book and try to take control of existing sites.
