An arrest warrant has been issued for a 20-year-old man who has been accused of consistently sexually abusing a sixteen-year-old girl in Texas, according to affidavit records.
Authorities said Kevin Jose Lira is facing a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Authorities said officers arrived to the 7880 block of Fredericksburg Road on Wednesday after they received a report that a victim was trying to harm herself.
When officers arrived, the victim told police she had cut her wrist because Lira was going to leave her.
According to the police report, Lira and the victim were dating for four years. Lira admitted he knew the victim was underage and said he has had sexual intercourse with the victim "50 to 100 times"during the last four years.
