An Arizona lawmaker who was censured earlier this year for calling actor Tom Hanks a “pedo” is back in the spotlight — this time over far more serious allegations.
A new lawsuit filed in Maricopa County Superior Court accused Avondale City Council Member Jeannette Garcia of drunkenly offering a colleague a job at Turning Point USA in exchange for sex and, after he rejected her, taking his 14-year-old daughter without permission.
