A former representative of an adult photo production company has been sentenced to a heavy prison term for charges including sexual assault and illegal filming of affiliated models.
The Criminal Division 2 of the Incheon District Court Bucheon Branch (Presiding Judge Ryu Joon-gu) sentenced A (50), the former head of the adult photo production company, to 10 years in prison on charges of quasi-rape of a supervised person and forced indecency. Additionally, the court ordered A to complete a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program and imposed a 10-year employment restriction at child- and disability-related institutions after release.
The court also sentenced B, who was jointly indicted with A for producing child sexual abuse material under the *Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses* and false accusation, to one year in prison. B was further ordered to complete a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program and prohibited from working at child- and disability-related institutions for three years.
