Developing friends as a paraphile

Anyone else struggle to make friends? I'd love to have some I could discuss paraphilias with, but don't feel comfortable making them irl. Any suggestions on places to meet friends that are also paraphiles?

As far as irl, no clue. I'm assuming the groups that meet up to share about their paras are very private, for obvious reasons. I wouldn't even recommend seeking for groups, as having your name attached to something like that can be dangerous. Though, there's a plethora of resources online for finding other paraphiles to talk to, such as this very forum. I've had the most success following the para hashtags on social medias, along with finding mastodon instances. There's even an index on this website! MAPs and paraphiles tend to go to the same spaces, so get exploring.

Had no clue there's an index! And I meant online friends. Just wish I had some MAP friends and paraphile friends to talk with
