MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch said a formal notice and warning letter sent by his office’s ICAC unit to someone suspected of uploading child pornography “has been corrected.”
Burch made the comment on FM Talk 106.5, answering a question about the letter. A spokesperson with MCSO said they did not give the detective permission to send it out.
FOX10 News was made aware of this letter after a photo of it was posted to social media.
