I don't think that ICE would boast about MAPs sending them tips, but I worry that the news could easily spread through the grapevine to other leftist groups from the members not abducted by ICE, and any attempt at inroads with the broader queer community for MAPs would be cut off permanently if the story becomes big enough news. Anyone who isn't a straight, white GL is also open to targeting in the US by these paramilitary forces that have a strong notion of "guilty until proven innocent," too, and has none of the strength in community non-MAPs can have by join up with others protesting ICE, due to fears of being turned on by your own community for the 'sin' of being a MAP and the dangers of mob violence. This situation also isn't too similar to Bloch's, either, there's no MAP doctor treating an ICE agent for an injury, this is actively opening up vulnerable people to be disappeared, tortured, potentially systematically killed due to poor conditions or worse.
