Common enemy behavior, over-exaggerated use of finger quotes gestures

Has anyone noticed that Danielle and other enemy content creators use exaggerated finger quotes gestures when using our terminology to describe activities they don't approve of? And the tendency of enemy content creators to generally use a lot of limp twisted hand gestures when talking?
