I think puberty blockers are almost always bad though. It's better on the kid to just take hormones when they want to. Most of the time the kid isn't on puberty blockers because they want to be but because their parents force them to be rather than taking hormones. This results in bone damage and unwanted height gain.
If someone regrets it they should just be allowed to retransition and given the care needed for it. Identity is complicated and it's not like society can't afford to let people be a bit fluid with it
