You should probably at least use a good VPN while accessing MAP-related content online. Although everything here is legal and actively moderated, the site still deals with sensitive and controversial topics. MAPs are often targeted for their views. It's wise to manage your privacy online.
In the absence of a clear blueprint, a good imagination is essential.

The first time I heard of this site I found out my ISP already blocked it. its not illegal at all its just that web masters caution on the safer side of the law then rather risk it. My ISP also blocks infamous racist websites from the early 2000s "StormFront", classic shock site domains "nimp org", and this one youtube clone for unknown reasons. Other then that they don't block much
Currently girlchat, boychat, newgon and mapunion were blocked from the first time I ever tested then back in late 2025.

ISPs are increasingly being over cautious and blocking sites like this, it just isn't worth the headache later for them.
Use a VPN or TOR is safer.

This forum blocks UK IP addresses due to the Online Safety Act.
If you're not in the UK, and you want to (privately) let us know which ISP you're using, we'll send a complaint to the ISP.

ISPs are bad for just blanket blocking sites... its so hard to stream movies these days for example
