Dude's been in jail since 2008. He's in the feds.

The former BoyChat webmaster is incarcerated in Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility and will be eligible for parole in December 2039, couple of years before his 70th birthday.

I don't know his story, what did he get in trouble for?
