The Court of Instruction No. 4 of Apóstoles, under the direction of Judge Miguel Ángel Faría, will order this week the opening of the netbooks seized in the house of the parents of the partner of the former provincial deputy Germán Kiczka, within the framework of the case for possession, consumption and distribution of child sexual abuse material (MASI). In the next few hours, the order will be issued with the expected date for the opening of the devices, which include two laptops from the Conectar Igualdad program and a CPU, found in the patio of the house of the former legislator's in-laws. The equipment, along with two old cell phones, will be subjected to expert examination by experts from the Secretariat for Support to Complex Investigations (SAIC), in search of new evidence. The case involving Germán Kiczka and his brother Sebastián, both with preventive detention, worsened after a raid carried out by the Police Cybercrime division in the San Martín neighborhood of Apóstoles. During the operation, the agents seized four cell phones, two computers, a CPU and an external hard drive, all found in a bag, in compliance with suspicions generated by an exchange of messages between Kiczka and his partner. In the chats that became known days ago, the former deputy's partner, Alejandra F. suggested hiding the devices with compromising images because they were "very visible" and mentioned the fear she felt about the direction of the judicial investigation. Given this scenario, the Justice Department is seeking to clarify the role of the woman, who could face new charges after the analysis of the seized materials. The process of opening and examining the seized devices will be key to assessing the judicial situation of the accused and advancing the case against the former legislator and his close circle.
