Months ago I said I was going to make a thread where I describe outspoken antis in detail and here it is. I will be making long documented post about outspoken antis who make specific claims about us and rather they hold against fact checking. Each Individual long post in this thread will be about a specific outspoken anti. As I am not making a thread for each one of them. In this thread I will do my best to steel man what antis believe to make the best possible representation of their worldview.

Tennessee country singer John Rich is an outspoken anti calling for hostility against peaceful pedos. He is a right wing conservative who views peaceful pedos like us as a extreme threat to children. He is repetitively framed things as a binary conflict of good vs evil ignoring all nuance and reason and does hold the view that demonic forces are involved in things. While he has done good in raising awareness to the most extreme form of real world human trafficking (by making a music video to shed light on Brooke Axtell's violent abuse) he horribly misinterprets NCMEC and DOJ data and conflates the most serious sex crimes with mundane things and outright believes Epstein ate babies and that Satanic pedophiles run the country. Despite all of this a DOJ employee still did an important almost 2 hour long interview with him. You figure the United States Federal government would not give time to crackpots. However the DOJ employee talked about real facts and threats like 764 and sextortion on Roblox.
So as everyone knows I am an open pedophile attracted to small girls aged 2-11. My stance on contact is never for genitals but kiss and cuddle is fine and my hard drive is a shrine devoted to little girls in swimwear. I am one of the few that takes on the daunting task of challenging antis. I use scientific research on disgust, moral outrage and us vs them thinking to deconstruct the bad ideas of antis. My core doctrine is that 1) anti pedophilia is directly tied to child protection instincts we inherited from nature 2) science on disgust and tribal thinking will lead to MAP rights in the future. That is what I believe the path to child love liberation is. Challenging the bad idea of antis head on using facts and neuroscience. So lets put this to the test on case one with John.

John made a realistic music video that depicts the very small amount of gruesome human trafficking cases, not the majority teenagers having sex for fun, but the small amount that faithfully depicts the violent human trafficking torment of Brooke Axtell. Let's begin by listing specific claims John Rich has made.
Claim 1: John claims the US Government gets 36 million reports a year about people who are actively trying to sexually engage children. Clearly assuming children at risk from these reports. In his only words "36 million children targeted per year"
FALSE, this is the total amount of reports NCMEC got in 2023, Most to do with automated CP reports. Which includes swimwear catalogs, little girl bedroom dance videos and non hardcore 2000s modelling that was legal in places like Japan and East Europe. John conflates automated borderline CP reports with children being actively in danger.
35.9 million of 36.2 million reports to NCMEC in 2023 were "CSAM" and remember "CSAM" means anything from underwear dance videos, teens sexting, bikini shopping catalogs to brutal rape of prepubescents. Its a weasel word to describe any sexual imagery of minor, even if mild. So we know that John's first claim about 36 million is DEAD WRONG.

Is a lot of what is out there ‘new’ content or is it older stuff that is just continuing to circulate?
In a standard "police raided this guy's house and found his laptop" case, it's mostly old stuff continuing to circulate, and it's stuff where any cop that works in child sex crimes could probably accurately guess which ones are gonna be on there because they're just that common. But new content gets reported daily on social media sites, though MOST of it is self-production from kids who are too young to have phones being stupid and flashing the camera while doing silly dances or something similar.

This claim is also dead wrong.
For All Missing Children: In 2024, NCMEC assisted with missing child cases, achieving an overall recovery rate of 91%.
For Runaways (The Vast Majority): In 2024, over 27,000 of the 29,000 missing child cases reported to NCMEC were classified as endangered runaways. Of these, more than 99% eventually return home safely. In fact, three-quarters of runaways return home within a week, and less than 1% never return at all.
Less then 1% are screened by law enforcement's forensic interview process which is A TOTAL DIFFERENT THING. John got it completely backwards here.
However the problematic truth is one in seven teenage runaways do end up in sexual scenarios this can range from normal behaviors like dating a 20 year old boyfriend what the law calls kidnapping or selling their body for food and shelter which is coercion. Some states like Texas place lower, but let's just go with what NCMEC says

Please remember 15-17 year olds running away and having sex is not always coercive or dire needs prostitution. In many cases they are having consensual sex regardless of what the law acknowledges.

I am not going to bother debunking spooky libel things he may be implying about celebrities and politicians. So I sadly will be ignoring his direct claims about BLANK politician is demon possessed. Instead I want to focus on the psychology of this "us vs them" thinking and viewing outside groups as pure evil.
Human brains evolved in prehistoric world where our brains needed to scan quickly for friend and foe. Natural selection did not favor the ability to think critical about complex topics, especially if they involve child protection - it favored us to run from danger, protect our young and seek shelter. We can see how natural selection favored nonsensical qanon tier thinking.

Yes it is true there are pages in the Epstein files that describe crackpot reports filed to the FBI where a lunatic made the unverified claim that Epstein and George Bush Senior were eating babies together. This was reported to the FBI in 2019 after Epstein's arrest despite ZERO evidence of it happening. A schizophrenic report taken as fact.

Fun fact, John posted the song lyrics "turn yourself to Jesus before I get my gun" above in a retweet to respond to a 764 crime where a teenage girl was blackmailed into cutting her wrist and exposing bone by a real online predator. John raised awareness by making a music video The Righteous Hunter that simulated the environment that human trafficking survivor Brooke Axtell was in. Brooke Axtell had a tragic story of being beaten, locked in a cage chained, forced to sleep on a floor pimped out and treated like human cattle and rape meat. In other words she actually experienced real human trafficking, not prostitution to survive or running away to meet a boyfriend like most of NCMEC's concerns but the real minority of extreme cases. John did excellent work raising awareness to the harm caused by her despite conflating all minor sexuality with it. She also had an abusive boyfriend later on in life afterward.
My heart goes out to Brooke Axtell she is truly a victim of the most horrific abuse. We cannot allow normal minor sexuality to be conflated with horrible abuse. If we really want to change people like John we have to see if they can reason themselves into realizing these things. We are NOT in a cosmic battle against good vs evil. Demons aren't really and pedos are not dangerous threats to kids. John is VERY FAR from coming to terms with reality but in the mean time all we can do is correct his mistakes and thank him for doing some good.
The good aside. John's ideas are extremely dangerous and he does not view us as mutual humans rather demonic entities that need to be crushed by the righteous fury of Christians. My long post attempted to dissect his beliefs, us vs them thinking habits and more in hopes that maybe one day he can reason himself out of it. I highly doubt John would ever read this post but if he does. I just hope he realizes he is blinded by child protection instincts as I discussed here and I hope he can reason his way out of visceral disgust and us vs them thinking.
