Lol that's true, I mean yeah you shouldn't turn into a dog about nipples or breasts etc but that sounds like they'd get "offended" if people (men) even found it attractive.

Harassment in the form of repeated verbal statements after being rejected is a bit of a grey area to be fair. Any actual physical assault is obviously bad and illegal too and should be imo, but obviously 'leering' and basic free speech should be respected. It's also totally fine for someone to complain about unwanted attention even if the attention is 'warranted' for whatever trait or outfit the person is wearing, people can bitch about the same weather year after year in their hometown even for crying out loud

Yup, a movie can be rated pg13 and show women walking around in tiny lil bikinis, but as soon as one shows even a split second of nipple its hard R cause....apparently parents do not want their children seeing a part of the body that's literally responsible for feeding infants. Such an absurd phenomenon and its so strange imagining how we evolved to the point of disgust over the human body in general. I feel the same way about genitals on male and females as well, literally without a penis or a vagina it really does not need to be said that without either of those parts we wouldn't exist. We all exist at least most of us exist because two people decided to have freaky ass sex, yet most people are disgusted by the idea of not always covering genitals. We are by and large the only mammals in general that feel that way and its all because of our huge ass frontal lobe that gives us a sense of "self" and not only a sense of self but the means to come up with all these just fucking weird ass social rules over thousands of years that we must all abide by or go to jail.

Honestly I just wish I could go outside in the sun or beach just like how boys do without the feeling of being inappropriate or sexual, it's nice to engage in sexual activities, but I wish I could just take a break from all of it. Especially with how insecure it makes me feel about being born female :/
