Antis who are minors. Thoughts?

What do you think of antis who are also minors?
In all honesty I'm terrified of them knowing what they'll likely grow up to be...but that doesn't mean I don't find them cute!

I believe this is a learned perception of MAP's from outside influences, and also from bad experiences with predators. In either case, their perceptions of MAP's is not their fault. It's the fault of those who influence their perceptions and beliefs.

Oh theirs a HUGE percent of teens that are antis I'd even go as far as to say most of them. Hang out on social media apps enough and you'll see plenty of teens saying how for example a 16 year old dating an 18 year old is the worst thing possible and how the 18 yo is a groomer.

I've even read posts from minors arguing for an age of consent higher than their own, or even from people aged 18–20 arguing that the age of consent should be raised above their own age. It’s crazy, because they base their arguments on fallacies like the one about the prefrontal cortex, so they’re basically shooting themselves in the foot. They’re arguing that their brains don’t work properly and that they shouldn’t be allowed to make decisions. We know things like this have happened throughout history—like women who opposed women’s suffrage or Black people defending slavery—but it’s fucking crazy to me. Like, “No, believe me, you have to forbid me from doing this because my brain doesn’t work properly and I’m not capable of making decisions for myself. Although, at the same time, I think this ban should apply to everyone, so I’m not capable of making decisions in my own life but somehow I do know what’s best for everyone else.”

I know! I've noticed a similar self victim mentality and "if i cannot have it nobody can" in either narcissistic types or people who have been so shamed by antis and abusive people they didn't know anything else and have become to afraid to sway.

Also the adage misery loves company. They'd rather people be as miserable as them so they don't feel so lonely and out of place making a community out of their own self loathing and suffering.

I think in some cases this is correct. Plus if all they've ever known is "strangers bad!" then it sinks in deeper.

tbh theyve been brainwashed to believe everything adults say. we need more pro-MAP posts on the big places. like YT, Twitter, etc. and jst more pro-para stuff in general

True, and the more abusive and loud they are, the more they're going to internalize that.

So when you run into these teen 'antis' online, think of it as a cry for help. Maybe they just want to hear someone tell them, 'Hey, it's okay to be attracted to your friend's little sibling. Fantasies are harmless. It's perfectly natural to like younger kids. And you're not alone, there are lots of good people like you who also love children.'

I've tried that and have had some success! Others just get extremely heated as if they want me to say something incriminating then send death threats or suicide bait if I defend the position of fantasy being acceptable even if it excludes lolicon/shotacon/cub.

The various reactions vary so drastically it's hard for me to believe it's only one thing like social media or negative influence.

If anything.....I just wish they had more pride in themselves than to stoop so low as self infinatilization.

This is why I think exposing adult antis as child haters and promoting safe spaces is a great idea. This way they could have a clearer picture of the reality.
