An unheard of horror. A story that runs through the Peninsula from South to North. It is about sexual violence on a boy and production of child pornography: two men in handcuffs, victim lured online.

The Campania, Basilicata and Molise cybersecurity operations center of the state police with the support of the Lombardy operations center has executed the order of precautionary custody in prison and house arrest, issued by the judge for preliminary investigations, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, against two men, residents of Milan, seriously suspected of the crimes of sexual violence and production of child pornography against a boy, from the province of Salerno, under the age of 14. One ended up in prison, the second under house arrest.

The investigations, carried out by the operational section for cyber security of Salerno, have documented that the two men, after having lured the child online, taking advantage of his immaturity, induced him to perform sexual acts and to send them videos and images with sexually explicit content.

The analysis

The analysis of the devices seized also revealed requests and pressure to have in-person meetings made by the suspect, who is being held in custody in prison. The investigations, coordinated by the national center for the fight against online child pornography, have allowed the identification of the two individuals, who were hiding behind messaging systems, used specifically to contact minors and to create an information circuit, also bringing to light the conduct of luring and possession of child pornography material of two other suspects, the first resident in the province of Turin and the second in the province of Foggia, on which investigative details are underway.
