I'm not usually on this side of the internet, and there isn't a lot of ressources for me to learn (please excuse the dumb question!!)...
I was talking with a person on discord who said they were MAP, and that's why they were attracted to me. But I'm 15, and that's the age of consent ? All my life and since I was small I've been attracted to adults, and *old* adults, but now aren't I too old to be AAM ?
In short my question is, can MAPs be attracted to me when I'm 15 ?

The vast majority of men are attracted to postpubescent teens like you (assuming you're a girl by the context) and it would make no sense for things to be different since at your age women already have all the same secondary characteristics found in legal adults. The categorizations of teens as "minors" and somehow different in a significant way from young adults is purely legal/cultural, biologically speaking there's barely any difference. The true watershed is puberty, only a minority of men feel primary, let alone exclusive, attraction to prepubescents.

As for MAPS, the vast majority of pedophiles even are not exclusive so they are into teens as well even when they prefer younger girls. I myself am like this.

(I'm talking exclusively about the male attraction to females because most studies tend to focus on that btw).

The term "minor" is a legal term, so it depends on where you live. In some states the AoC is technically 14-16, but federally it's 18, which can overrule the state laws. It's kind of a mess. but generally, 18 is the law of the land in the US and many of the most powerful nations. So assuming you live in the US, then anyone 18 or older who is attracted to you would be a MAP (or whatever legal term would be used), and if you are attracted to anyone 18 or older, you're an AAM. But that's if you go only by the legal definitions.

If we ignore the legal definitions for a bit and focus on biology, then what others have said on here covered it for the most part. People around 10 have begun puberty, but not necessarily completed it. (give other take a few years because of personal differences in the onset of puberty and the fact that girls tend to sexually mature earlier than boys). so when a person is biologically an adult depends on how developed someone needs to be before we can call them "fully sexually matured". So like I said, this is largely dependent on a persons personal biological situation, but the general age would be between 8 and 16 for girls from start to finish. Most people would say you're an adult when you finish puberty, while some might say you are functionally an adult once you can get pregnant, speaking of girls specifically. But that's a generalization since some girls might be naturally infertile, but they can still become adults. The medical way of determining adulthood is also kinda messy.

The last criteria for determining if someone is capable of handling sex, and thus is an "adult", is their "mental ability": usually how mentally mature they are and how knowledgeable they are, specifically about sex (not just how experienced they are because merely being a virgin doesn't make you a child mentally, obviously). Some studies have shown that the major decision making part of the brain, the prefrontal cortex, isn't fully matured until about 25 years old. But I doubt most people would be ok with bumping the age of consent up to 25, or calling people "children" until 25, so I don't think society really cares much about how developed your prefrontal cortex is, unless it's actually very obviously damaged. But since what "experienced", "knowledgeable" or "mentally mature" actually even means, which of these qualities you need more and how much of them you need to be considered an adult is extremely, if not entirely, subjective and probably can't be determined scientifically, this is probably one of the worst methods of determining if someone is an "adult".

All-in-all, this question relies on how you define an "adult" or a "child", which nobody has given a satisfying answer to that question in any sense, and especially not in all the ways I went down in this post. without a strict definition of what is or is not a child, it's best to err on the side of freedom and let individuals decide for themselves if they are ready to do something or not. Otherwise you end up in a situation where basically no one is an "adult" because if everyone has to meet the strictest definition under all these criteria, almost no one would qualify. But if someone is too young or otherwise too mentally incapable of making an informed decision for themself, then that's probably a decent cut-off for whether it should be legal for them to do whatever it is they want to do, regardless of whether they are an adult or not.

Im really confused on this question? Its called “minor attracted person” not “below the age of consent attracted person”. Why would they not be a map if they are attracted to you, a minor?

An Adult attracted minor is an adult attracted minor. If you are a minor, and attracted to adults, you are an adult attracted minor. Its pretty self explanatory, you are majorly over thinking this
