"Send me photos without clothes and in panties, a longer and clearer video," wrote an Ecuadorian doctor to an 11-year-old girl on WhatsApp, as a condition for giving him money that she had asked for school. What he never imagined was that the person behind the message was the mother of the minor, who pretended to be her daughter after she discovered that her daughter had already sent the man nude photos and in different sexual poses. Thanks to the woman's plan, the suspect - 45 years old - was arrested.

Judicial sources told Infobae that the complaint was made by the mother last Wednesday, who indicated that the doctor was known to the family and that she had discovered about 10 days earlier that her daughter had sent her a series of images with sexual content.

Based on the information provided by the complainant and after a quick investigation by the Sexual Crimes staff of the Buenos Aires Province Police, not only was the identity of the accused established, but the professional worked in a private clinic (it was not clarified in which locality) and in the Nuestra Señora de Luján Hospital.

With all the evidence collected, the UFI Nº14, of the San Martín Judicial Department, which is in charge of the file, ordered the arrest of the Ecuadorian and several searches. Before carrying out the request of the Justice, the Buenos Aires detectives carried out field work and follow-up in the places where the 45-year-old man could be.

This is how they were able to obtain the information that the accused would be working overtime at the Luján hospital. Without waiting long, the alleged pedophile was finally arrested this Friday, when he was leaving work. During the procedure, his cell phone was seized.

The order of the UFI Nº14 included two other searches in homes in the Buenos Aires district of San Miguel. In one the result was negative. However, according to the sources consulted by this newspaper, in the other place the investigators made an aberrant discovery: they discovered that the doctor had a collection of underwear of girls and women.

They also seized a notebook and two other cell phones. The UFI endorsed the actions of the Police and accused the Ecuadorian doctor of the crime of sexual abuse and corruption of minors.

Another case of exploitation of minors
In the framework of an international operation against the sexual exploitation of children, the Justice raided this Tuesday a house in Morón, where a Federal Police agent resides. Investigations indicated that abusive material had been shared on social media from that address, although it has not yet been determined who was responsible.

According to Infobae, at the time of the procedure, the officer, his brother and the mother of both were at the location. None of them were arrested. However, the police officer was notified of his possible connection to the case, given that he is the owner of the internet connection.

The Functional Investigation Unit No. 5 of Morón is involved in the case, in charge of prosecutors Claudio Oviedo and Marisa Monti, who are awaiting the results of the expert analysis.

The procedure was part of an operation that extends beyond the borders under the name "Allies for Children IV", with the aim of dismantling networks of transmission and production of child sexual abuse material. In total, there were 70 simultaneous raids in six countries: 48 were in Argentine territory and resulted in the arrest of six suspects.

Interventions were carried out in the provinces of Córdoba, Entre Ríos, Formosa, La Rioja, Mendoza, Misiones, Neuquén, Río Negro, Salta, San Juan, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero and Tucumán, in addition to Buenos Aires.
