Does anyone have any paranormal experiences?

Post by jeffychubchaser29 »

like with haunted stuff.? Where I'm from in Appalachia, a lot of weird stuff happens in our woods and there are rules to surviving living here in the woods.
If you saw/heard something, no you didn't
Lock your doors and close your blinds when it's dusk
Don't wistle in the woods
Don't stare too long into the woods(otherwise it knows your theere)
If you're walking in them, stay straight on your path, don't look up or to the sides
Don't go outside at night

These have been passed from every generation. I love hearing people's ghost experiences.

Would you consider dreams paranormal? I often do, as they are clearly observable in reality, yet they are completely intangible. Perhaps my understanding is due to ignorance, but some instances feel very real, almost too real, and it disturbs me to ever want to sleep again, but eventually I must. Moreover, my curiosity yearns to understand what I experienced, which may sadly never happen again, to my annoyance. And that is what truly haunts me.

Some but not many.

When there was a death in the family a lot of things went very strange at the same time. I awoke surrounded by many faces in the dark, family members had many strange experiences of their own. It was the following morning we learned of the death that night. Another time my dad and his sister at the bedside of someone dying swear they saw the person transfigure into a relative that died years earlier. So unnerved were they both that they had to leave the room.

But I'm a bit of a sceptic, I can't explain these things but assume they are more likely psychological in nature.

There are local legends here such as multiple sightings of a werewolf including by two on-duty cops who supposidely encountered it and drove off quickly, but I don't know how much of it is just local legend.
Keep every stone they throw at you. You've got castles to build.

I have had what many would call paranormal experiences. They are too numerous to mention here. Sometimes there are logical answers and sometimes there are not. They all started when I was a small boy and continue to this day ( off and on ). I have seen orbs, seen apparitions, heard voices, rapping on the kitchen window, among other things.

Would you say you are a medium or just in tune with the spirit realm?
