From a conventional DEI POV, what we are lacking is female and trans members. We do have one GL moderator, but this is again somewhat underrepresented, as the rest are gay and BL. There is another organization that has a high proportion of trans members, Mu looks more like the MAP cohort within ILGA in the 1990s.

Despite my avatar image and nickname, I'm not exclusively attracted to boys. I shifted toward preference for boys during my life, but I still find tween girls attractive. If that counts.

It has been a surprise to me to see how many MAPs are attracted to both boys and girls. I've never felt any attraction towards a boy (or a man, for that matter). I score a solid 0 on the Kinsey Scale.
