There might be something to be said for the idea that a few individuals doing something will encourage others to take it to the next level. That might even be making podcasts and basic signalling.
We need to attract the high quality individuals. We fail because the high quality individuals come to an informed decision that it isn't worth the risk.
Exactly! and that's a big problem for our community right now, we should plan some kind of help for that kind of individuals, give them enough support so they can do real activism without so many problems.
