Police charged Aaron Craig Gleason with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under the age of 12 by a person over the age of 18 on Tuesday.

Okaloosa County Jail records show that Gleason remains in jail and has been denied bond.

Profiles on LinkedIn and Facebook with the names A.C. Gleason and Aaron Gleason show that Gleason is a lead teacher who taught Bible at Rocky Bayou Christian School. Gleason included in his profile that he is the middle school’s soccer coach. According to Gleason’s profile, he started at the school in August of 2023.

In response to the arrest of a teacher at the school, Superintendent of Rocky Bayou Christian School Mike Mosley sent out an email to parents obtained by Mid Bay News that said, “I regret to inform you that one of our Middle School teachers was arrested today by local law enforcement officers. The teacher has been on paid administrative leave and off campus for two weeks. RBCS is fully cooperating with authorities in this matter until authorities have concluded their investigation. Please pray for our school and students during this difficult time.”

According to court records, Gleason has a first appearance hearing on March 13, 2025, and a pretrial conference on April 14, 2025. Both court appearances are in front of Judge Lacey Powell Clark.

NEW: Police release bodycam footage showing the moment they arrested high school teacher Christina Formella for allegedly r*ping one of her students.

Formella was seen having a meltdown after police made the arrest.

The teacher is accused of r*ping a 15-year-old student before class.

"I love you sooooo much baby… Even though this morning was short, it was perfect," the Chicago teacher allegedly said in a text to the student.

"I know baby it was perfect baby so perfect," the student replied.

"I love having s*x with you," Formella allegedly replied.

Formella says the allegations are completely false and "everybody comes after her because she is good-looking," court documents say.

"'She claimed that one day, the boy, had grabbed her phone unattended, had entered her passcode... had sent the message to his phone, had then deleted the message from her phone, and had saved it to his phone as blackmail," court documents state.

Court documents also say Formella documented her relationship with the student in her Notes app on her phone, however, Formella claims all references of s*x are about her husband.

The alleged assault took place in December of 2023 and wasn't discovered until the boy's mother logged into his iCloud account.

As always or in most cases hatefull people trying to ruin good things for others. He gave consent she gave consent nothing to be seen yet the jealous mom for not getting any takes her anger out on the guy and the teacher
