Apologies for cherry picking bits of your posts but that’s a salient point about regret or genuine trauma. That’s an aspect that is quite taboo to confront as the various law and justice systems have a vested interest to believe the minor is a 100 percent innocent victim taken in by the charms of an evil monster. So they never want to consider that a claimed ‘trauma’ might actually be just a little embellished for the jury from her possible regrets. Regrets aren’t pleasant and if a girl grows up to regret or look back less than fondly on AMSC or AMSR then of course it’s a shame. But it doesn’t mean she was traumatised. I’m not at all a fan of this modern notion that consent can basically be retracted years after the fact if a person decides they regret their decision in the future. Or perhaps they have a disagreement or fall apart as friends and then the MAP becomes a target of vindictiveness years later despite the fact all acts were willing and happily engaged in at the time?Fragment wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 12:57 pm What if it's not "trauma" but "regret" that we're talking about?
There are some men in prison for sexual contact with minors that belong there and some there that don't belong there.

What are the chances that a child could suffer a catastrophic injury while skateboarding or horse riding? Despite this existing risk, no one is banning potentially dangerous sports.Fragment wrote: Fri Apr 25, 2025 6:54 am Imagine that of consensual AMSC x% results in trauma and y% doesn't result in trauma. We don't know beforehand which will be which. What ratio of positive:negative would you support as the threshold for allowing/ outlawing it?
Sorry, but it's difficult to answer, because even based on a few unbiased studies and personal observations, I was able to conclude that primary (true) trauma comes from the fear and suffering of the victim, which arise as a result of gross physical violence, when the victim was forced and resisted from the very beginning. Secondary (false) trauma is caused by iatrogenic and sociogenic influences, when the "victim" was not coerced, did not experience suffering and was victimized as a result of the intervention of outsiders and services. If we eliminate the secondary causes through proper sex education that is not based on prejudice, we will significantly reduce the number of victims and will be able to protect people from the primary problem.
Men hate each other because they fear each other. They fear each other because they don’t know each other, and they don’t know each other because they don’t communicate with each other.
