A.I. LANGUAGE MODELS OFFER AN UNPRECEDENTED OPPORTUNITY FOR MAPs UNJUSTLY TARGETED BY CSA LAWS

Post by Valerian »

The rapid advancement and widespread availability of Artificial Intelligence Large Language Models (AI-LLMs) represent a historical turning point of emancipation for individuals and communities classified as Minor-Attracted Persons (MAPs) or the people labelled as Pedophiles, who have long suffered under unjust, scientifically questionable and ideologically driven Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) laws.

Prior to the development of these powerful LLM tools, any critical examination of the scientific legitimacy of CSA-related legal and academic frameworks, especially those shaped by ideological biases and moralistic assumptions was nearly impossible. These laws deeply entrenched in Victorian era puritanism and moral virtue signalling around the “Age of Consent” (AoC), have historically been shielded from the critical scientific scrutiny, despite containing heap of contradictions, biases, and outright pseudoscientific claims.

Today, however, the landscape has fundamentally changed. The accessibility of AI-LLMs—tools that will continue to grow exponentially in sophistication—offers MAPs a unique and powerful means of challenging the scientific foundations and evidentiary assumptions behind AoC and CSA legislation. These models contain and can retrieve vast amounts of scientific literature, historical data, legal precedents, and interdisciplinary research, allowing MAPs to rigorously question and potentially dismantle the unverified premises on which these laws are constructed.

Importantly, these AI-LLM tools serve not merely as sources of information but as strategic instruments. Individuals who have been prosecuted for having consensual relations with minors, under CSA and AoC laws, or listed in sex offender registries on the basis of pedophilia-related accusations, now have a viable pathway to build scientifically grounded, evidence-based legal offences. With proper utilization, AI-LLMs can assist in locating, organizing, and synthesizing peer-reviewed studies, clinical data, and counter-arguments that expose the moral and scientific inconsistencies embedded in these CSA legal frameworks.

For instance, my preliminary research paper, “Pedophilia Criminal Offence Built on Morally Bankrupt Western Pseudoscience,” <https://anticorruptionfight.blogspot.com/>provides a foundational groundwork argument against the legitimacy of CSA criminalization based on ideological rather than empirical reasoning. All those freely available LLM models helped me a lot in writing it along with all the other articles that I published in this MAP forums. It can offer essential conceptual frameworks and argumentation strategies for others in this forum. Moreover, individuals can incorporate their own findings, however preliminary or unstructured may be these new findings, the AI can transform the raw data inputs into coherent, forceful legal arguments, capable of exposing the rhetorical weakness and pseudoscientific underpinnings of prosecution strategies rooted in outdated moral dogmas.

If adequately prepared, AI-LLMs can not only assist in defending individuals but also in discrediting the very foundations of the laws used against them. They have the capacity to anticipate opposing counsel’s arguments and provide scientifically substantiated rebuttals. In this way, MAPs are no longer powerless in the face of ideologically driven legislation; they now have, in AI-LLMs, a revolutionary ally capable of shifting the terms of legal and academic discourse toward evidence, reason, and justice.

My forthcoming post, titled "CHALLENGING CHILD ABUSE LAWS BASED ON UNSCIENTIFIC, DISCRIMINATORY, AND MORALLY CORRUPT PREJUDICES IN THE U.S. LEGAL SYSTEM," will build directly connected to the themes explored above. It will delve deeper into the legal mechanisms within the U.S. judicial framework that may offer MAPs a viable path to challenge unjust CSA and AoC laws on constitutional grounds. This coming contribution will explore how longstanding moral biases, disguised as legal norms, can be contested through evidence-based reasoning, scientific scrutiny, and constitutional advocacy. By aligning legal challenges with empirical integrity and fundamental rights, it seeks to strengthen the pursuit of justice for MAPs in a system too often driven by ideology rather than fact. I will be post it only after couple more posts, that I have already completed.
