I think because most people know heterosexual male hebephilia is normal (even if they outwardly act like it isn't), while heterosexual male pedophilia is actually quite rare. Too many people fall into the former and too few fall into the latter to have warranted any organization.

Its kinda just common sense.

Plus most of the others i have met over the years are all non-exclusive like myself.

I have only met a small handful of exclusive pedophiles in my life.

I wouldn't be surprised if within the demographic of pedophiles most are non-exclusive, however I meant taken as a total part of the heterosexual male population. I still think it's rare (especially in contrast to hebephilia). I still think hebephiles have been considered normal historically, while heterosexual pedophilia hasn't often been accepted in part because it's rare.

Some comments are your typical creepy comment but others are like heart emojis and them saying things like cute baby girl or sending love i love you you are cute and from what i have seen most of these girls look to be prepubescent or very early pubescent but they aren't teenagers many of them are actual children.

I think everyone is minor attracted to some degree its just most people don't want to admit to it.

I haven't seen that personally. I'm going off of historical evidence. I'd like it if there were specific examples of historical figures in that category, but I haven't seen it much (maybe Mohammad, John Ruskin, and Ancient Egypt).
I'd also say the internet doesn't reflect real life.

I agree, I'm skeptical of the idea of exclusive teleiophiles existing at all to be honest.
However, I feel it's wishful thinking to say everyone is sexually attracted to prepubescents. I think even amongst MAPs the preference is toward hebephilia.
Relates to my experience with the lolicon tag - the majority of images tagged under loli are hebes (having small breasts, wider hips, etc.). I've thought about suggesting a new tag "true loli" or "literal flat chest".
