I agree, as bad as a I feel for the innocent teliophiles caught up in this age gap nonsense for dating 18-30 year olds, maybe it will bring some empathy and open their eyes to just how bad being a MAP is and how draconian the laws and societys views are towards Adult x Minor, and how its bullshit that Adult x Minor is seen as inherently wrong in the first place. All the arguments used against Adult x Minor can easily be used against Adult x Young adult. If an 17 and 364 day old is a little baby child that will explode if they are so much as LOOKED at wrong by someone older, then whats so special about us 18 year olds, who are a year older at most, a couple minutes older at least, that one is a ok but the other warrants getting your brains blown out? And why stop at 18? Whats the difference between 18 and 19. And whats the difference between 19 and 20, and what about 20 and 21, and 21 and 22, when should it end? Should it ever even end, at what age does it stop being “problamatic” to date someone younger than you, or is it always problamatic? If a 4 year age gap between a 14 year old and an 18 year old is evil and warrants death, then whats so special about a 3 year age gap that makes one warrant the death penanlty but the other a ok. And if 3 years is evil, then why is 2 years ok, and if 2 years is evil, what makes a year so special? And if a year is evil pdf grooming and grape, then dating anyone who is more than a couple months older than you makes you an evil pdf groomer who should get the death penalty for grooming children.

If you are 12+, if society wants to control you and your descions you are a child, wether you are 13 or 30, if soceity wants you to be held accountable for your actions you are an adult. Thats why we have 13 year olds serving life sentences in prisons as fully grown adults but 30 year olds who are “basically children” and “cant consent” to dating 60 year olds. Puberty, wether your nut is clear or white, wether you bleed or not, is the ONLY REAL MARKER of adulthood, everything after that is a completely arbitrary/made up social/legal rule.

Steven MacMillan, who sent sexual messages to a 13-year-old girl, has appealed against his sentence of 20 months.

A sick Scots dentist who bombarded a teenage girl with depraved sexual messages has launched an appeal against the length of his sentence.

Steven MacMillan, from Dalkeith in Midlothian, was jailed for 20 months and placed on the sex offenders' register for 10 years after contacting a 13-year-old from Newcastle on social media and sending her disturbing messages from February to March 2023.

The 53-year-old struck up a conversation with the child, who told him her age at the start.

The chat turned highly sexual and she sent him an image of herself performing a sex act. MacMillan started sending her a string of sickening voice notes on February 27 and 28.

In one message he told her: "When daddy asks you to do something you better do it or there will be trouble." And in another message he added: "Good girls do what they are told."

MacMillan's sexualised chats with the girl continued until March 6 when her mother discovered the horrifying messages.

She got in touch with an online paedophile vigilante group, who confronted him at his then home in Strathaven, Lanarkshire, and police were called in.

MacMillan appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court and admitted communicating indecently with the youngster - who has had to receive counselling.

It has now been confirmed MacMillan has lodged an appeal against the length of his sentence.

Depute fiscal Scott O'Connor told the court at the time: "The complainer's mother confiscated her phone and observed numerous Snapchat notifications from various users and noted a user called Steve and enquired what she had been discussing.

"The complainer confirmed she had been involved in sexual communication and the mother opened the account and noted the voice notes on the device.

"She was concerned for the complainer and contacted an online child safety team who later attended the accused's home where police were also contacted and arrested the accused."

Eight voice notes of MacMillan making vile sexual remarks towards the girl were played to the court.

Alan Gravelle, defending, said: "Plainly the custodial threshold has been crossed standing the age of the victim and the graphic content of the communication.

"Many aspects of this case are difficult to rationalise and in many respects it remains inexplicable that he should fall into this two-week period of offending when he had the stability of lifestyle including marriage and children, a successful academic career that then turned into a successful professional career and the financial stability that comes with it."

Sheriff Dunipace told MacMillan: "The content of the communication was graphic and disturbing and they could leave no-one who heard them in any doubt of your intention when engaging with this child and hearing those conversations was harrowing and chilling.

"This was not a one-off but a part of a premeditated and sustained course of conduct where you sought to deprive her of her innocence for your depraved gratification."

The sheriff noted MacMillan had a "duty to protect" youngsters and jail was the only option to deter others from similar offending.

MacMillan, who qualified as a dentist in 1995, has been suspended from working in the profession by regulators since March 2023 and will remain suspended until at least December 31 this year.

A man whose dramatic arrest by a self-styled paedophile hunter group sparked a full-blown riot on a quiet Hampshire housing estate has pleaded guilty to a child sex offence.

Lee Comley, 38, from Middle Park Way, Leigh Park in Havant, was arrested on July 1 after being confronted by members of a vigilante group who livestreamed the encounter on Facebook in front of hundreds of furious viewers.

Cops were called on Friday to the Braes Shopping Centre in Castlemilk, Glasgow.

A 74-year-old was taken into custody and it's understood that he'll appear in court at a later date.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 74-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with indecent online communications.

Online ‘Pedophile Hunters’ Are Growing More Violent — and Going Viral

With the rise of loosely moderated social media platforms, a fringe vigilante movement is experiencing a dangerous evolution.

A vigilante phenomenon has been playing out on the open web for almost a decade: Content creators in the U.S. pose as minors on dating apps and websites, then target the people who message them. Many of these vigilantes, commonly known as pedophile hunters, were inspired by “To Catch a Predator,” a popular television series that ran until 2007. The “hunters” have copied the show’s format, exposing their targets on social media.

But in the past two years, a growing number have gone a step further and violently attacked the targets in their videos, a New York Times analysis has found.

In one of the most brutal cases, a masked man who referred to himself online as “realjuujika” (real name:Ahmad Al-Azzam)allegedly broke into the home of a 73-year-old man in Pennsylvania last year, then tied him up and beat him with a hammer.

In a video, realjuujika stands over the bloodied man and claims he caught him trying to solicit sex from a 15-year-old boy. He robs the man and films his credit cards, sharing the information with his thousands of followers.

Realjuujika, at one point, turns to the man and says, “You will probably die tonight.” When the footage was streamed online weeks later, viewers cheered the violence.

The man was hospitalized, according to police reports, and needed surgery to stop the bleeding in his brain. The attack was part of a small, but disturbing trend that has spread on social media and attracted millions of viewers.

What a lot of these perpetrators share in common prior criminality: battery, assault, drug possession. In their view, it’s a way to put MAPs in their place, and redeem themselves.
