A member here and I were talking off-site and I told them that I don't recognize "trans" as it's understood in the current culture (I used those exact words) and then they unfortunately immediately blocked me and didn't hear the rest of my view.
I think it's completely normal and natural and healthy for there to be highly feminine males and highly masculine females. Society's over-simplistic (completely retarded) view on this subject is the only thing that makes a person think it's "either, or".
This also relates to homo and bi sexuality.
Most people don't know about ETII (Erotic Target Identity Inversion) where for example a masculine straight male feels feminine as a result of embracing the essence of the female he's fixated on, which can then lead to feeling like a female himself or like a homosexual due to embracing the fundamentally feminine perspective on attraction. (or the same in reverse for a hetero female)
Unfortunately, most people can't even be introduced to these concepts in the most civil and "professional" manner possible without perceiving it as hate, hence my experience with the forum member whom I will not reveal out of respect for their privacy.
But I will say this... Everything about the conversation was not only "friendly" but wonderfully so beforehand. I knew they were "trans". I had no problem with that. I held a different view on it but otherwise felt we were highly similar (which we clearly were) but what could've been a beautiful friendship ended abruptly for no reason other than society/the media/politics pounding a sense of unnecessary division into the minds of the masses.

The problem I think why they blocked you is because like you said you didn't understand trans and they probably took that as transphobia/hate as you mentioned...because a portion of the trans community thinks everyone doesn't have the right to ask questions and you're supposed to know everything about them...if you even have the slightest hint of a question or disagreement, youre transphobic....I'm in no way against trans, I'm just saying that's probably what they thought.
What's the purpose of wanting to be educated but if you ask a question it's taken as hate.?

Well, as is simply common among such people, they had been abused as a child. So of course they'll tend to have hyper-sensitivity in regards to anything that relates to it. That's completely natural, normal and understandable.jeffychubchaser29 wrote: Sun Feb 09, 2025 10:42 pm The problem I think why they blocked you is because like you said you didn't understand trans and they probably took that as transphobia/hate as you mentioned...because a portion of the trans community thinks everyone doesn't have the right to ask questions and you're supposed to know everything about them...if you even have the slightest hint of a question or disagreement, youre transphobic....I'm in no way against trans, I'm just saying that's probably what they thought.

But the broader issue goes deeper than that and if they snuff out discussion of it as a reflex then they're now the bullies and abusers unfortunately.
i.e. Maybe a young male whose completely healthy and proper nature was to be highly feminine compared to most boys was targeted by a masculine and hetero male adult due to his relatively high femininity... If it weren't for the trauma of the abuse he'd likely just grow to understand, accept and embrace himself and lead a perfectly fine life but only because of society (including the LGBT community) putting him into a box of rigid options without nuance did his life turn for the worst.
