Data Summary Request

Post by BLueRibbon »

To save me the hassle of digging through multiple studies, is anyone aware of data that shows a very low risk of harm specifically for adult-adolescent AMSC?

I will publish a concise version of the 12+ argument, edited based on community feedback, but I'm already burned out from real life and really don't want to sift through everything on NewgonWiki unless I absolutely have to.

It doesn't really exist w/ respect "harm".

There are differences re. subjective recall.

I'd suggest Rind, 2022.
In both minor-older and minor-peer sex, rates of positive reactions were higher for boys vs. girls, adolescents
vs. children, when partners were friends vs. strangers or relatives.

Tener, cite note 1:

Most people are stupid, so just keyword search and cite some stuff that mentions "adolescents" and they will assume it's specific information:

Don't forget to do the same re. youth-youth sexual activity:

The reason it doesn't exist, is because childhood CSA is confounded with being in a shitty situation through no fault of your own, while adolescent CSA is confounded with delinquency and not taking orders.

What those confounds mean for different "mental health outcomes" is opaque at best, and as we both know, it's the confounds that really matter, not being diddled.
