What A Stupid Video
Video is about how a mother was snooping through her daughter's phone find out that she was posting photos of herself on social media and was talking to grown men. Her father came home, her mother told him about the situation, and basically at the end of the video, the father was telling his daughter "Men are" and the daughter ended with "Pigs". Men as pigs and women as saints — are we selling more sexist stereotypes?
This thing is quite unsettling if you look at it from a distance.
But it’s not the only problematic aspect in my opinion. Up to a certain point, one should have the right to privacy, and at the same time, the house does NOT belong to the mother but to the family. The daughter also has the right to consider it her home and to have rights within her own house, as long as she doesn’t disturb others.
