A Heath woman accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy will spend 10 years in prison.
Brittney M. McKenna, 32, pleaded no contest to two counts each of sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in Licking County Common Pleas Court, records show. In court documents, prosecutors allege McKenna had a sexual relationship with the boy in 2024, when she was 31 and his legal custodian.
The Licking County Prosecutor’s Office told The Advocate McKenna committed the alleged offenses between March and December 2024 and that each charge represents a separate offense.
