Ten ridiculous anti-MAP arguments

A lot of my articles lean on the complex side. There's a tendency toward the abstract. Unfortunately, this leads to a lot of people simply not reading, or not actually understanding. Therefore, today I'm going all Buzzfeed in my approach. Let's take a look at... clears throat and speaks like a Californian... 10 anti-MAP arguments, and why they're so wrong!

A good list of common arguments effectively dismantled.

Anti's are a minority of people but they keep using the same flawed arguments in the hope that the mass majority in the middle will hear and accept these simple but incorrect arguments. Part of the response we need is to have equally simple and intuitive pro arguments simply because the majority of people don't really care, not enough to have a real vested opinion in.

I've been planning a similar article, although it would focus more on arguments with a special claim to ridiculousness, e.g:

* Pedophilia is wrong because the law says.
* Kids are not on the street protesting to have sex with you.
* Kids are already permitted to have sexual relations and choose not to.
* You just want to fuck children.
* "MAP" is an euphemism.
* Seventeen year olds lack the developmental cognitive capacity to consent.
* If we only save one child, it will have all been worthwhile.
* The age of consent is a hard line in the sand.
* Pedophiles are part of a degenerate left and end-time civilizational collapse.
* Pedophilia is a reactivated "reptilian cortex" in the brain.
* Societies that practiced pedophilia had a life expectancy of 32 years.
* Sexualized children are in fact possessed by the devil and cults.
* Only an evil man would choose the way of the pedophile.
* Kids will think they have to act sexually to please everyone.
* NAMBLA was caught in a child-abduction plot.
* Child sex offenders always reoffend.
* As a parent, I abhor pedophiles.
* Pedophiles were condemned in the Bible.
* You will never be valid, like LGBT.
* All pedophiles molest children and all child molesters are pedophiles.
