A 55‑year‑old man has been jailed after he was caught standing naked and masturbating while staring at a children's playground.

Andrew Lewis exposed himself on two separate occasions last summer and was filmed by two children, aged 11 and 12, on one occasion as he stood on the decking of his garden masturbating while facing a nearby play area, The Mirror reports.

The footage “showed you masturbating while looking towards the play area” near Auckland Close in the Penmaen area of Oakdale, south Wales, Judge Carl Harrison told Newport Crown Court.

"You were masturbating in an elevated position where there was a gap with a direct view of the playground," the judge added.
