Punishment for children

Why are children sometimes punished for having a sexual relationship with an adult? Doesn’t that contradict the “belief” held that all pedophiles are predators and all kids are vulnerable? I don’t understand.

I hear you John. Get ready for this. I have heard stories where 'victims' have been ordered to pay child support. Unfortunately, minors are only seen as 'victims' when it suits the establishment.

The fact the children may be punished (not only for sex) disproves all those who struggle against “victim blaming,” because children are responsible for what they are doing (during sex).
