Mental Health Support for MAPs

Post by BLueRibbon »

Depression and suicide is a serious problem in the MAP community. Whether you're depressed about life as an MAP, or facing charges for the unjust laws foist upon us, we urge you to seek help before taking any drastic measures.

B4U-Act is a charity dedicated to improving access to mental health services for MAPs. They are able to help you get confidential, professional help, with carefully vetted therapists who have chosen to offer support to MAPs.

LifeLine is a peer support chat room for people who are attracted to children. It opens according to the schedule posted on the main page, and occasionally at other times, too.

In emergency situations, Mu recommends calling a suicide hotline in your own country, but we urge you not to admit to any unlawful activity for which you have not already been found guilty in court.

Some of the people involved in B4U-Act and LifeLine are active on the Mu forum. Please feel welcome to discuss any mental health issues on this subforum.
