A lot of guys at that age are attracted to older women. I mean if they weren't stuff like Stacy's Mom or Hot for Teacher would not exist. None of us can tell you how to feel about what happened to you at that age. If you liked it then it is something that is important to you. I wasn't that much older than you were when you got touched the first when I had my first sexual experience maybe 9 or 10. Mine was with a guy and while it would be easy for anyone to say that it was wrong I don't see what happened to me as bad.

It's OK to be attracted to other people, regardless of their age and gender, or your age and gender. It's our behaviour with and towards them that can become problematic.

You're confused about your feelings? You find older females attractive? Those sound like typical traits of a 14 year-old to me But I guess it's all a matter of degrees.

I tend to think most or a large portion of minors are AAMs and another large portion are also into their own age group (some are only into their own age group) until as they age their aoa ages with them into adulthood

I think it's OK. Lots of girls and boys are attracted to adults. I had some teachers I was hot for!

Similar thing happened to me. I was sexually abused from age 9 to 10 by a teacher. It was an ugly hag and I certainly did not consent, so that itself left me quite traumatised, but ever since, I started fantasising a lot about being in consensual relationships with older people. As ZeroXJoker commented, it is pretty normal for people your age to feel attracted towards older people, though I was really daydreaming about that stuff pretty much every day after being touched. Now that I'm older, the roles have switched in my fantasies.
To answer your questions: Is it okay? Yes, completely natural. Should you worry? It is best not to. Just let your thoughts come naturally. There is nothing wrong with what you describe. Do you need help? Only if this really causes you a lot of distress and negatively affects your daily life.

Ive heard people claim to be gay or into BDSM because they had AMSC. Ive heard people claim to be into animals or polyamorous because theyve had AMSC. Ive heard people claim to be attracted to minors because they had AMSC, and now here you are, claiming that your attracted to adults because of AMSC. No offense, but this is getting ridicoulous. Soon people will be claiming that the default sexuality for humans is asexuality and the only people who actually enjoy sex are just molestation and grooming victims.

Worry and seek help if you want to, but me personally, I dont find any fun in worrying over things that haven't negtively affected me, so I dont why you would want to unless theres something thats genuinely negatively affecting your life. If you feel like your handling life ok, I dont see why you would need to worry or “seek help”. But if being a straight teliophile who is going to be perfectly normal in like 4 years is genuinely so worry inducing, you can if you want to, free will and all that. When I was his age, I was attracted to babies and toddlers of the same sex. I still am! I reckon hes doing alot better than I was at his age lol.
